I came to intercultural communication through practice before I gave it a professional name.
My career began with languages and interpreting.
It then moved into more than a decade of international business and operations, working with European, Chinese and Middle Eastern counterparts.
For seven years, I worked daily between an Italian organisation and its Chinese headquarters, translating not only words but also information, expectations, priorities and ways of working between different systems.
Later, my work moved increasingly towards people through training, coaching and human performance.
Today these experiences converge in Intercultural Communication.
