Sports Sector

In the sporting context, I intervene when performance drops without an obvious technical cause.

I work on:

  • integration phases of international athletes

  • role or context transitions

  • return to performance after injuries or critical events

  • increased pressure on athletes, staff or team

The focus is not on motivation, but on the functionality of the sports system :
communication, expectations, error management, leadership, and accountability.

My role is not that of the team's operational mental coach,
but as a Performance & Intercultural Consultant at key moments.

Nel contesto corporate lavoro con professionisti e manager internazionali quando, dopo una transizione verso l’Italia, la competenza non produce più gli stessi risultati.

Intervengo quando emergono:

  • frizione decisionale

  • perdita di chiarezza o autorevolezza

  • difficoltà di posizionamento nel sistema

  • stress non regolato che impatta la performance

  • efficacia decisionale

Non lavoro su wellbeing generico né su adattamento forzato.

Relocation & International Mobility

I collaborate with relocation agencies and international mobility professionals after the logistics phase.

My intervention begins when:

  • formal entry is completed

  • the person is operational

  • but signs of declining performance or misalignment are beginning to emerge

I work on:

  • reading of the Italian and Mediterranean context

  • regulation of transition stress

  • realignment between professional identity and reference system

My role is complementary, not a replacement for relocation services.

How I work

My work is consultative, not motivational.

I intervene at specific and critical stages, when an intercultural transition or system change begins to impact performance.

The approach is the same in every area:

  • reading the misalignment between person, role and context

  • timed interventions, with clear objectives

  • I work mostly 1:1 on complex cases

  • integration of mental coaching tools as operational support

  • exit the system once functionality and clarity have been restored

I do not offer ongoing support or indefinite paths.
I come in when needed, work on realignment and leave.

An important clarification

I intervene mainly in the second phase of the transition, when adaptation enters into crisis.

I also work when the first signs of friction emerge, before the discomfort leads to hasty decisions or forced returns.

Why it works

Le transizioni non si risolvono con skill-training o talk motivazionali.


Si risolvono quando si comprende come il corpo, la mente e la cultura agiscono insieme in un nuovo ambiente.

Io lavoro dove:

  • il contesto parla un’altra lingua (anche senza accorgersene)

  • le regole non scritte pesano quanto quelle scritte

  • il sistema nervoso reagisce prima che il cambiamento venga elaborato a livello cognitivo​
