FlowTeaching

Blackboard with different languages
Tutoring at school
Teacher and student

FlowTeaching was born from a simple and radical belief:
A teacher doesn't just teach a language.

Teach an experience.

A way of feeling. A way of being in the world.

That's why I created a program that helps teachers develop a love of languages and manage the complexity of today's multicultural classrooms.

FlowTeaching is made up of two levels, one preparatory to the other.

LEVEL 1 — FlowLanguage Teacher Training

Training for teachers who want to make people love a language, not just teach it.

In this process, I work with teachers on everything that is often ignored in school, but which determines a student's success or failure: voice, presence, mind, emotion.

FlowLanguage Teacher Training integrates:

  • language teaching

  • neuroscience and regulation of the nervous system

  • epigenetics and emotional climate of the classroom

  • breathing and cardiac coherence

  • meditation and attention

  • etymology, symbols and stories

  • managing language anxiety and shame

The goal is to teach students to speak without fear, regain spontaneity, and regain confidence in their voice.

The route includes:

  • 6 online modules

  • Final FlowLab (practice + simulations)

  • supervision

  • official certification

  • teaching materials + FlowToolbox

LEVEL 2 FlowCommunication Facilitator for Schools

Training for teachers working in multicultural contexts.

This level was created to give teachers the tools to address the cultural complexity of today's classrooms: foreign students, diverse families, incomprehensible silences, and clashing communication styles.

At FlowCommunication we work on:

  • invisible cultural codes

  • direct and indirect communication

  • intercultural conflict management

  • non-invasive inclusion of foreign students

  • decoding accents, intentions and communication styles

  • emotional regulation in multicultural communication

  • breathing, cardiac coherence and meditation in educational relationships

The route includes:

  • 6 online modules

  • CultureLab final (real cases + simulations)

  • supervision

  • official certification

  • intercultural toolkit for the classroom

Who is FlowTeaching for:

FlowTeaching is designed for:

  • language teachers

  • non-language subject teachers working with foreign students

  • educators

  • trainers

  • school tutors

  • educational coordinators

  • teachers who want to update their classroom approach

It is also ideal for those who feel that traditional teaching is no longer enough.

The heart of FlowTeaching

At FlowTeaching I don't just teach techniques.

I help teachers create safe emotional environments where students can talk, make mistakes, explore, breathe, and finally find their voice.

A teacher who communicates in flow:

  • is present

  • it's stable

  • read what is not said

  • recognizes cultural codes

  • knows how to manage anxiety, both his own and that of his students

  • turn the lesson into an experience

This is what FlowTeaching is all about.

If you want to bring us into your school…

FlowTeaching can be followed:

  • individually

  • in small groups

  • as training for the entire institute

It can be tailored to:

  • public and private schools

  • technical and professional institutes

  • language teachers

  • multicultural teams

  • training institutions
